Paid ads require prior approval. Video Platforms: Create content on YouTube, Vimeo, etc., with helpful information. Disclose affiliate links in video descriptions. Online Advertising (with Approval): Paid ads (e.g., Google Ads) require written consent. Bidding on VirtualShield brand terms is prohibited. No pop-ups or cookie stuffing. SMS Marketing: SMS marketing is strictly prohibited and is not allowed under any circumstances. Other Channels (Approval Required): For channels not listed, affiliates must seek approval. Prohibited if conflicting with VirtualShieldâs values. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination from the affiliate program. When in doubt, always confirm with your Account Manager before launching. Conversions may be scrubbed under the following conditions: ⢠Fraudulent or suspicious activity ⢠Duplicate or incentivized traffic ⢠Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations ⢠In case of any refunds, the respective amount will be deducted from the total conversions/payout.
