Hard KPIs:

. ATS should be 40K and above

. Salaried professional as well as small business owners

. Income above 25K/month

Reporting: Branch Reports will be shared twice a week. CRM to be shared once a week.

Validation Criteria: To be done basis CRM numbers. Deduction will be shared if KPIs not met.
