Publisher/Affiliate is prohibited from marketing or advertising PeopleFinders.com Services by any means not specifically approved by PeopleFinders. PeopleFinders must approve in writing all advertising and messaging that Publisher uses for marketing.

Affiliate is prohibited from brand bidding, this is strictly forbidden.

NO Spam (e-mail / Web / IM etc).

NO use of copyrighted videos on YouTube or any other video/streaming site.

No advertising on term around birth day or birth date or date of birth or DOB. You can advertise using the word AGE.

No advertising on term around SSN or Social Security Number

NO Spy Lookup Tool, Etc.

NO "GPS" terms and/or any claims to find the exact CURRENT location of a phone.

NO INCENT TRAFFIC ACCEPTED

All Affiliates networks are prohibited from promoting PeopleFinders payouts on promo site e.g. offervault, CJ etc.

Insurance eligibility or risk assessment

DON’TS

PeopleFinders are not a consumer reporting agency. In other words, you must not use PeopleFinders for any purpose that is covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). General information about the FCRA can be found here.

DON’T use PeopleFinders to conduct:

Employment Screening – you cannot screen someone in order to hire, promote, fire, demote, or reassign them.

Household Worker Screening – you cannot screen someone to hire them as a nanny, gardener, or other type of domestic worker.

Tenant Screening – you cannot screen someone in order to lease or sell space to them or to terminate their lease.

Professional Service Provider Screening – you cannot screen someone in order to hire them as a tutor, doctor, coach, personal trainer or any other professional service provider.

Credit or Insurance Eligibility Screening – you cannot screen someone in order to verify if they are eligible for a loan, credit extension or insurance.

Education or Scholarship Qualification Screening – you cannot screen someone in order to determine if they are eligible for an educational program, financial aid, grants, or scholarships.
