Guidelines:

• No mention of Covid-19, pandemic-related language, or imagery that could confuse consumers (e.g., doctors, lab coats, stock market charts).
• If the advertisement utilizes AI-generated images or video, a disclaimer must be displayed at the beginning or end of the ad.
• No images of cash or checks may be used.
• Do not incentivize consumers with discounts, free items, or experiences.
• No images of government buildings or government figures.
• No use of insurance company brand names or logos.
• No refund or rebate language that could mislead or confuse consumers.
• Acceptable creative copy may include phrases such as: “Save up to,” “As much as,” “As low as,”

-“Could save,” or “See if you qualify.”

• Any savings numbers or percentages must be properly sourced, clearly referenced in a disclaimer, and not hidden from consumers.
• No imagery of car wrecks, car crashes, or any likeness to fearmongering.
• No language referencing DUIs hidden from consumers.
