Soft KPI â $600 CPS Goal (Home Owners) Soft KPI - $200 CPS Goal ( Renters) Hard KPI - Publishers with less than a 1.5% lead to sale rate will not be paid for their leads GEO: USA User Flow: LP => Form Submission Restrictions: No adult and over 18 only For purposes of the Agreement, a Lead will be deemed a âValid Leadâ where the subject lead is a Billable Lead that: (a) was submitted by Publisher and which contains all of the required Lead data fields, as validly submitted by an actual Consumer; and (b) is not a Duplicate Lead, Invalid Lead or Fraudulent Lead (as those terms are defined below). For purposes of the Agreement, a âDuplicate Leadâ means a lead submitted by Publisher to PX that reproduces all or substantially all of the uniquely identifying data of an individual already in PXâs and/or the applicable Customerâs database. For purposes of the Agreement, an âInvalid Leadâ means a Lead that is generated in connection with a violation of any of the terms or conditions of the Agreement including, without limitation, where Publisher modified the Creatives, used non-approved creative material and/or non-approved Publisher Media, as determined by PX in its reasonable discretion. For purposes of the Agreement, a âFraudulent Leadâ means a Lead generated by Publisher that is the product of an Incentive Program, fraud or manipulation of information on the part of Publisher and/or any of its Affiliates. The number of Valid Leads for billing purposes shall be determined based on PXâs tracking and reporting, which determination shall be final and binding upon the parties. Publisher agrees that it shall not modify, circumvent, impair, disable or otherwise interfere with any tracking codes and/or other technology and/or methodology required or made available by PX to be used in connection with any Creatives.
